Project description

There are 1 residences within the scope of the project which represent a special area of the Port Royal project of Babacan Holding. It has been designed for a special purpose of 16.500m² and built in a private military area. Located right in front of Atatürk Airport, this project is located in the skyline of the city and in the increasing investment areas of Istanbul. Küçükçekmece Courthouse, located 200 meters from our private properties, serves as a home office. There are 1+0, 1+1 and 2+1 flats in the project which consists of 120 units in total. It shines with its proximity to the airport, university, metrobus and courthouse.
