Project description

Our project, Yalçıntepe Residence, located in the Bahçeşehir region of the European Side of Istanbul, will host 100 street shops and 321 residences. It provides our guests with a unique shopping and entertainment opportunity. F block, which is the most valuable block in our project, which consists of 8 blocks in total, continues to live under the name Yalçıntepe Residence, and our other blocks have completed their sales under the name Maximoon Houses. Our 24-storey project, bearing the signature of Yalçıntepe İnşaat, stands out for being the most prestigious location in the region with 1+0 and 1+1 flat types.
